United by Design are part of the first DBA cohort 2011 – 2012 Twenty Twenty programme. The DBA have matched Start JG with United by Design for the programme. David Judge from Start JG and Owen Turner from United by Design will be working together over the next twelve months.

Supported by Arts Council England Cultural Leadership Programme, this innovative programme pairs rising leaders in design with one of the leading lights of the design industry. Mentors and mentees are trained and supported by the DBA during a 12 month programme. Through 1-2-1 meetings, the mentor’s role is to listen, share experience, provide a sounding board for ideas and ultimately help the mentee to define their goals and grow their business.
